How long does shipping take?

Due to high demand, we allow up to 3 working days for processing and an additional up to 7 working days for shipping. The total delivery time can therefore be up to 10 working days. In rare cases, delivery times may be longer due to customs clearance or other unforeseeable circumstances. In such cases, we ask for a little patience.

Is there a minimum order value for free shipping?

No, there is no minimum order value. Every purchase from us comes with free shipping, regardless of whether you are purchasing a single item or a larger order.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order online at any time. Please note that it may take some time for the tracking information to be updated.

What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the damage and your order number. We will endeavour to offer you a solution as soon as possible, either with a replacement item or a refund.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We process orders as quickly as possible to keep delivery times short. Therefore, changes or cancellations are only possible within the first 2 hours of ordering. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to make a change or cancellation.

How does the return and refund work?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to us within 14 days of receipt . Please contact our customer service (office@airglam.de) for the return address and further instructions. After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase price. The shipping costs for the return are usually borne by the buyer.
